Lewis Aptekar is a dependable wedding cake designer, bread baker, and pastry chef. From September of 2014 to December of 2015 he worked for Luv’s Foods and produced French macaroons, chocolates, and other items. Before that, Lewis Aptekar worked for a bread company and National Research Council. In 2014 he started his studies at International Cake Exploration Society in Orlando, Florida. In 2007 Aptekar became a certified MasterChef specializing in patisserie and confisure.
